Sydney Prestige Limousine Service– Terms and Conditions

We are obliged to provide you with formal terms and conditions.

Sydney Prestige Limousine Service are available for hire 24 hours a day 365 days a year.

Reservations for Bank and Public holidays are based on availability, with special negotiated rates applicable.

Booking Conditions

Upon booking, clients must verify the accuracy of certain details and allow ample travel time. Sydney Prestige Limousine Service holds no liability for any expenses incurred by clients (such as missed flights) resulting from discrepancies in travel arrangements beyond their control (e.g., weather conditions, road works, traffic delays). We routinely confirm email bookings promptly, typically the evening before the scheduled travel, via phone or email. If confirmation is not received, it’s advisable to reach out to finalize and confirm the travel date and time with us.

Extras

Any changes to the initially booked direct journey, like additional pickups, specific routes, or requested stops by the client, will result in additional charges based on our hourly rate or the calculated kilometer charge—whichever is higher—as determined by the chauffeur.

Accepted Payment Methods

Sydney Prestige Limousine Service welcomes MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Diners Club, EFT, and checks. Credit card payments will incur a 5% surcharge added to the booking fare.

Cancellation/ Late Charges Policy

Sydney Prestige Limousine Service maintains a no-refund or exchange policy for all bookings unless otherwise specified by the seller. In cases where a refund is granted, any applicable fees charged by Sydney Prestige Limousine Service may be retained, amounting to up to 100% of the booking cost, regardless of trip commencement. Special event bookings encompassing events like the “Grand Prix, Spring Carnival, New Year’s Eve, Christmas Day, Avalon Air Show, Australian Open, AFL Grand Final, Weddings, Tours, On-hold bookings” will incur 100% cancellation charges, whether the cancellation is for the entire booking or a partial cancellation.

Furthermore, Sydney Prestige Limousine Service retains the authority to withhold the entire advance or full payment made by a client for a booking due to any form of misbehavior or misconduct, whether physical, verbal, or psychological, directed at the driver. Additionally, Sydney Prestige Limousine Service, along with the driver, reserves the right to take legal action, jointly or individually, as deemed necessary under the prevailing law at the time of the incident.

Waiting Time Policy

The waiting time at Sydney Airport following flight arrival is structured as outlined below:
For domestic pickups, Sydney Airport parking fees will be applied at $8.00 for the initial 20 minutes. For international pickups, the charge will be $20.00 for up to 1 hour of waiting time.

On Time

Rest assured, Sydney Prestige Limousine Service strives to ensure punctuality, taking all reasonable measures for on-time service. However, in rare instances where our chauffeurs are delayed beyond the booked pickup time due to unforeseen circumstances, Sydney Prestige Limousine Service cannot accept liability. Clients will be promptly notified in case of any unexpected delays.

Smoking

In compliance with stringent Public Health and Safety regulations, we uphold a strict non-smoking policy across all our vehicles. However, additional time can be included in the journey upon booking to accommodate the chauffeur making designated stops for smoking breaks.

Insurance

We’re insured for passenger travel, specifically for public liability and not as independent travel insurance. This coverage extends to all passengers while the vehicle is in operation. While we strive to safeguard personal belongings, we cannot assume liability for the loss of individual items. We advise ensuring adequate coverage for any personal property brought into our vehicles.

Vehicle Appearance

Clients or passengers assume responsibility for any damage or mess caused to the interior or exterior of the vehicle during their hire or journey. They will be invoiced accordingly for any repairs or cleaning necessary to restore the vehicle to its prior condition.

Unacceptable Conduct

Clients or passengers exhibiting antisocial behavior, causing undue distraction to the driver, or posing safety concerns will be requested to exit the vehicle and arrange alternate transportation to their destination. No refunds will be provided under these circumstances.

Chauffeur Dress Code

Sydney Prestige Limousine Service’s attire includes a minimum of a collared shirt and tie, paired with a smart formal suit.

Revisions to Terms and Conditions

Sydney Prestige Limousine Service maintains the right to update these Terms and Conditions. Clients will receive prior notification before any alterations are enacted, either during inquiries or at the time of booking.

Additional Terms & Conditions for Bookings

The chauffeur reserves the right to terminate the trip without a refund in case of flagrant misconduct by the client(s). Standing through the sunroof is illegal and strictly prohibited in all our vehicles. Smoking is not allowed in any of our vehicles. If the client or any member of their party damages the vehicle, the client is financially liable for repair costs. A sanitation fee of $350.00 applies to all vehicles. Sydney Prestige Limousine Service is not liable for delays or trip terminations due to hazardous road conditions (such as accidents or traffic). We do not take responsibility for any items left in the vehicles. Vehicles cannot exceed their seating capacity. Luggage, prams, and accessories must fit in the boot/trunk of the sedan; items unable to fit will not be accommodated inside the vehicle. In such cases, the client must arrange alternative transportation for their luggage. Water consumption is allowed in our vehicles. All other beverages and food must be approved before the booking, and the client assumes full financial responsibility for any resulting vehicle damage.
